Who answers the form?
An engineer on the team, by email. Sales questions go to whoever owns the conversation; support and security questions go to the engineer who owns the module involved.
Do you offer phone support?
Support runs on email and, on enterprise plans, a shared channel with your team. Written answers are precise and searchable, and the person answering has the code open.
How do I report a security vulnerability?
Email security@edverix.com with steps to reproduce. We acknowledge the report, keep you informed while we fix the issue, and follow a 90-day coordinated disclosure window before details are published. Good-faith research within that process is welcome.
Where do I get the security packet or a data processing agreement?
Ask through the form with the topic set to Security and compliance, or start on the security page, which covers architecture, controls, residency and sub-processors. Both documents are sent to whoever runs your review.
