Integrations

Your providers, your warehouse, your stack.

Edverix connects to what you already pay for and takes no margin on delivery. Messages go out through your own accounts; data syncs to storage you own.

Delivery

Bring your own provider.

A provider is a setting, not an architecture. Connect two providers of the same channel, route between them by segment or message type, and fail over automatically when one degrades.

Every send passes through one adapter, which renders the template, applies governance and picks the provider: the primary for that segment or message type, or the second provider of the same channel when the error rate crosses the threshold you set. Both are your accounts, at your rates.

Your rates

Edverix meters events processed and messages orchestrated. Delivery is billed by your provider at the rate you negotiated.

Your credentials

Service-account keys and API tokens are encrypted per project. A provider is added, rotated or removed from the dashboard.

Your delivery events

Bounces, complaints, quality ratings and delivery receipts flow back through webhooks and land on the profile as events.

Catalog

Every category, through your own account.

The products the platform connects to, grouped by what they carry. Names are the third-party products themselves and imply no partnership.

  • Sends and delivery events for a messaging provider
  • Orders, tickets or deals from a commerce, CRM or support tool
  • A warehouse, storage or streaming destination
