1. Information We Collect

As an early-stage B2B SaaS platform, we only collect personal information that you explicitly provide to us or that is strictly necessary to operate our website:

Form Submissions

When you request a demo or submit an early-access pilot application, we collect your full name, work email address, company name, and website URL.

Website Telemetry

Basic browser technical metadata such as IP address (anonymized), device type, operating system, pages visited, and interaction drop-offs to evaluate platform stability.

2. How We Use Information

We use the data collected strictly for the following purposes:

• Product Demos & Communication: Reaching out to discuss tailored platform walkthroughs based on your business model.
• Early Access Cohort Onboarding: Evaluating technical compatibility and setting up test telemetry on pilot partner stores.
• Infrastructure Performance: Diagnosing errors, securing our APIs against denial-of-service abuse, and improving site speed.

Our Promise: We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertising brokers or data harvesting networks.

We use cookies sparingly:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required to remember your consent preferences and maintain session integrity.
• First-Party Analytics: Used to understand which pages help visitors best understand our revenue recovery platform. You can opt out anytime via our Cookie Consent Banner.

4. DPDP Act Alignment & Your Rights

In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and international data protection standards, we guarantee you the following rights:

Right to Access and Correction

You have the right to request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and to update or correct any inaccurate details.

Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten)

You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at privacy@edverix.com. We will delete all records within 14 business days.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

5. Security & Data Retention

All communications and form submissions transmitted to Edverix are encrypted in transit using modern TLS 1.3 / 256-bit SSL protocols. We retain contact inquiries only for the duration of your evaluation of our pilot program or until you ask us to delete your contact profile.

6. How We Process Data

Controller and processor roles

For the information you submit on this website (demo requests, job applications, the newsletter and workspace sign-ups), Edverix decides why and how it is used and acts as the data controller, the data fiduciary in the terms of the DPDP Act. For the event, profile and message data that a customer sends to the Edverix platform about its own users, the customer is the controller and Edverix is the processor, acting only on the customer's documented instructions and the terms of its agreement.

Categories of data

• Website contact data: name, work email address, company, website URL, role, and anything you write in a free-text field.
• Website telemetry: the technical metadata described in section 1.
• Platform data (as processor): events, profile identifiers and traits, computed attributes, message content, and delivery records for the customer's own end users.

Purposes

Website data is used to respond to your request, to run the demo or application you asked for, to send the newsletter you subscribed to, and to keep the site secure. Platform data is processed only to provide the service the customer has configured: analytics, segmentation, journey orchestration, message delivery through the customer's own providers, and the audit and delivery logs the customer relies on.

Retention

Website contact data is retained as described in section 5. Platform data is retained for the period configured by the customer on its plan and is deleted or returned to the customer on termination of the agreement, subject to any legal obligation to keep specific records.

Sub-processors

Edverix uses a small number of infrastructure and email providers to run the platform and this website. The current list, the region each operates in, and the notice period for changes are published on the security page. Message delivery goes through the providers the customer connects, which are the customer's own sub-processors.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of, or erasure of the personal data we hold as controller, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and raise a grievance. Where Edverix processes data on behalf of a customer, requests from that customer's end users are passed to the customer and Edverix assists it in responding. Write to privacy@edverix.com.
