These terms govern your access to and use of the Edverix website, marketing materials, and participation in our Early Access Pilot Program.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing this website, requesting a demonstration, or applying for early access to Edverix, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Early Access Pilot Program
Edverix is currently provided under an invite-only Early Access Pilot. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Pilot Evaluation: Features, telemetry APIs, and messaging connectors are provided for evaluation purposes as we continuously refine our recovery algorithms.
- Zero Upfront License Fees During Pilot: Approved cohort members receive complimentary early access while our engineering team collaborates directly with you to validate recovery metrics.
- Service Iterations: As an early-stage product, features may evolve, update, or be refined with appropriate notice to pilot participants.
3. Acceptable Use
When using our platform or integrating our telemetry snippet, you agree not to:
- Use Edverix to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or violate messaging platform policies (including WhatsApp Business terms).
- Transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious payloads through our event ingestion endpoints.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the security architecture of the Edverix infrastructure.
- Misrepresent your identity or company affiliation during demo requests or pilot applications.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, platform architecture, telemetry code snippets, website design, and intellectual property associated with Edverix remain the exclusive property of Edverix. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edverix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising out of your access to or inability to access this website or participation in the pilot program.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. When revisions are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
