What is metered
Both meters are visible in the dashboard in real time, per project, and both are the numbers your own engineering team already tracks.
Meter 1
Every event accepted by ingestion, from any SDK or the server API, after deduplication. A retried batch counts once. Quarantined events count once.

Meter 2
Every message a journey, campaign or transactional call hands to one of your providers. Suppressed, capped and held-out sends are not messages and are not metered.

No. Your providers bill you directly at your own rates. Edverix meters the orchestration of a message, not its delivery, and the delivery log shows provider cost per conversion because you know what you paid.
Nothing is dropped. Overage is billed at the published per-unit rate, and you receive an alert at 80 and 100 percent of the included volume so there are no surprises.
