Questions about Customer profiles
What happens if the same email belongs to two customers of two different tenants?
Nothing unusual. End users are scoped to your organization and project; the same identifier under two tenants is two unrelated people.
Can we compute lifetime value without an engineer?
Yes. Computed attributes are configured in the dashboard from an aggregate over an event property, refreshed on a schedule you choose, and available in segments and templates immediately.
How do you handle the right to be forgotten?
A single erasure action removes the profile, its events, device tokens and delivery logs, and records the request in the audit log.
